IDEA Sim card lost

Dear Sir,

My mother has lost the mobile phone two weeks ago in which she had IDEA's Sim card.

The mobile no is 91 9574615169 and its in the name of Mr.s Sarvani Shetty (my mother)

As she is very aged, she cannot visit any of your outlets so had requested the distributor to block the no. so that no misuse should happen. But till now he has not taken any action towards this.

So kindly guide me what has to be done. I stay in Mumbai, I had contacted IDEA's guy here to block the same but as the location belongs to Gujarat they were not able to help me out.

Please do the needful and block the said no.
