Mental Harassment while porting a number from Idea

This is a third time where in my request had been declined by Idea while porting a services to airtel. without any proper reason and forcing me to take this action to write a complaint here.

There customer associate now talking very rude and even their manager disconnect Phone.

Ref: 103394948 was confirmed by TL and as per his confirmation he assured that this will be resolved in next 4 hrs, when i called them again about 7 hrs later TL called Vijay Kumar talk to me and he was very rude and also not created a reference number and says he will not going to do that
