Dear sir

I am an idea cellular prepaid customer (9544418999). I had subscribed for idea internet (RS 97/ activated on 2nd May), but on browsing with in a permitted limit (less than 10mb/day, without downloading) cash has been deducted many times from the main account. The complaint had registered with the customer care from 22nd May till now. Even then their response was not satisfactory.
