Amount paid but not updated

I have deposited the due balance on 14 april and submited the request with all the required formalities at mohali phase 7 'my idea' to close my number. My number is closed on 1st may. But still I am receiving the calls from the recovery people and they are regularly coming to my home to collect the bill its very shameful. Even my amount is not updated in idea systems. I have paid it by the credit card and the transaction was successful. I had been to the idea. office two or three times but the issue is still unresolved. Kindly help
