Deduction of charges from my account

Dear Sir

My mobile no.is 9785145105. From last 07-8 days, Rs. 5 is deducted everyday from my account automatically. I had talked to customer care representative 04-05 times but no solution is found. Some times they says that they are unable to sort out this or they mentioned that your deduction will be stopped within 12 hrs. But still no action taken in the matter. They are saying that Idea fresh or Idea power service is activated and we will deactivate it, but nothing done till today. I am totally frustrated by this and have to change my service provider if problem continues.

Kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue and arrange to reimburse my deductions.
