BALANCE REFUND

Sir,

Today (27/11) I have apply to activate Idea 2G daily GPRS plan of Rs.5 by dialing *800*5# on my number (09093284299) at 11.21am, but its not in active mode, 1hour has been over but it did not active. The customer care authority said, they are facing so many problems for system upgrade and suggest me to wait but I still can't wait. Then I have deactivated it by dialing *800*222# . At evening I have checked out my balance and it shows Rs.15 has been debited from my account where it should be Rs.5 . The fault caused by them.

So, I want my 10 rupee balance as soon as possible.
