Number Activation

Hi

I had a vodafone connection (prepaid) and through mobile number portability I converted my number into IDEA postpaid. It took 20 days to complete the process yet I was given the assurity that it would complete in 7-8 days. After the successful portability, my number's (8390967876) outgoing came to a halt because of a shortage of one document. I submitted the precise document to the store and they told me that your outgoing will start after a day. It's been 3 to 4 days there is no response from there side and whenever I tried to contact them they told that it would start by tomorrow and my outgoing is still not working. Please help.
