About the ISD charges included in the January bill

I am customer of Idea cellular. My idea mobile number is 9922922264. I have been charged for ISD calls for the bill generated in month of January. I have been told by Customer Service Representative as my account being a privileged account ISD services have been activated for free Rental. To activate the ISD services on Idea mobile number, the customer has to pay Rs. 1000/- in advance which is refundable. I have not paid Rs.1000/- rental in advance nor I have requested to activate the ISD service on my Idea mobile number i.e. 9922922264. So, it should not have been activated. In the month of January though the ISD calls were made from my Idea mobile number, it should not have been made as the service for the activation was not requested. The service was activated by Idea Cellular on my Idea mobile number for FREE Rental. And they have charged me for the ISD calls for the month of January. My services on Idea mobile number have been barred as payment of the bill for month of January has not been done. I request you to consider the matter to be serious one as I have to bear the consequences of the ISD services for which I have not requested.
