I, RAJINDER SATI, having an Idea Mobile No. 9911204146 (post paid) for the last 8 years. With effect from January-12 a GPRS facility was activated in my above mobile Number without my knowledge, whereas I have never requested for the same. In this regard I have been charged for the same amounting to Rs.463.55 (Jan.-12 116.45 Feb.12 119.20 March.12 227.90) which has been brought to the notice of Customer care for various times, but all in vain.

In view of the above, It is once again requested to kindly revert the above amount so charged to my account at the earliest under intimation to me, failing which I shall have no other alternative but to close this account immediately without making any further payment and shall be forced to complain to the Çonsumer Court’.

The matter may please be treated as Urgent and intimate me the action taken by 24 hrs.
