Idea 3g netsetter slow downlod regarding

My idea net-setter number is 9961000317.They are offering a speed0f 7.2 mb/S.Bu for the last three days ie from 11.6.12 I am not getting a speed of 7kb/S.My bill date falls on 10th of every month. My plan is a post paid plan which is 947 per month for that plan 6gb is download limit. After 6gb they offer a speed of 128 kb/S.They don't give value for my money. I send them a complaint in their website on 11.6.12.Even after 3 days they didn't replied. A positive approach is humbly requested in this matter.
