Wrong Bill. Spurious Call to 5664466 added Rs. 900 to DEC Bill

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am 100% confident that I have not made any calls to the above number on 26th Nov but still I have been charged for more than 900 Rupees in Dec Bill.

Totally 5 calls are reported in the bill and surprisingly there is not even a single second delay between contigous calls which is definitly can not be done by a human being.

But Unfortunately I have no proof that I have not made that call. IDEA authorites dont rely on my Truthness.

I have been talking to customer care from last 1 Month, but what I recieved was just fake promisies. I sent mail to Grievance Department @ grievance.kar@idea.adityabirla.com and Nodal Officers @ appellate.kar@idea.adityabirla.com.

Please let me know how should I proceed in this case.
