Detailed bill not getting

Hi,

im using 9911959211 post paid connection with idea cellular since last 5 years, and since then i was getting detailed bill from idea, there was no problem til then they stopped the detailed bill to me, by which i cant see my usage is correct or not, now they are sayin that this sevice is now payable by 49 rs. clip charges, at the same time my friends is having the same corporate connectin and he is getting the detailed bill withouth any disconnection. pls. resolve this issue. i have sent some mail o corporate id and customer care also. but didnt get the response.
