Deduction of amount

Respected Sir,

i have a complaint against idea company, i have a mobile prepaid connection of idea company..they r daily charges 5 rs par day for past 2 month without any reason when i complaint on there customer care they said that we have activated any internet sceam bt in my mobile handset we cant activate internet because we have basic model 1661, and till date i have not get any massages related to that scheam . they said they will definitely refund my money but till date i have not recieved my amount... please take an action against that if possible... my mobile no is 9911025265
