Wrong call charges being levied

Problem – Wrong charges are being levied on most calls made. Four complaints to this effect in almost a month, March- April. Four complaint numbers- 1-22531850384, 1-2248595269, 1-22913036398 & 1-23119828988. Spoken to two floor managers & umpteen customer care executive.

Idea Mobile Solution-Two stereotypical messages- Your problem could not be resolved, please contact customer care & the charges being charged are correct & hence we will not be able to refund your money.
