As per IDEA's publicity stunt on TV, I had planned to carry out my mobile no. (9448043429) from CELLONE (BSNL) to IDEA.

I had submitted all documents, alongwith my application no. 072598 dated 01 Feb. The latest bill to BSNL was also paid on 10 Feb and photocopy of the receipt was also given to IDEA.

CELLONE (BSNL) had sent me a SMS on 10 Feb that I have been successfully unsubscribed. I kept asking IDEA about the change of service provider, registered complaint on 20/2 (Comp. No. 323312071) and on 28/2 (Comp. No. 1-12985969142). Everytime the call center says that check back after a few hours, which is never done since 20/2.

Long holds of over 30 minutes was experienced on 01 Mar at 6.45pm. No answer given no action taken.
