Display not working, charging problem, spearker problem

I would like to inform you that I had purchased a mobile phone from TV18 Homeshop18

network by placing an order No. 702548261 and Sub Order No.72661879, through my cell phone number 09966000037 and

I got the product vide Invoice No. 122/111 dated 25th jan.

But when the device was received

phone is not charging and there is some problem in the charging sloot of the phone

my phone's speakers are not working properly

I try to contact but no responce, again i conducted Homeshop and they advised me to

sent the mobile to Bangalore office (Mediatech India Distribution Pvt. Ltd.).

when i try to contact the Bangalore office of Mediatech India Distribution Pvt. Ltd.

thruogh phone no. 080-32513212 but there is no responce PLS HELP ME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN MY MOBILE PHONE I try to repair the mobile in other shop but on one repiaring the due to no spares. please respones me by mobile no 09885011316 or mail me (ssts.shankar@gmail.com)
