Non refund

I was allotted telephone by registration No. BSRD/GENERAL/R/10446 DATED 19.12.96 under general categorn by Kalyan Telecom District. My telephone No. is 2381514. Since I was relocating to my native place, on 27th of August I cancelled my above connection (I have copy of the relevant papers with me) I was told that the deposit amount of Rs. - which I made during booking will be refunded to me within 2 months. Now it is more than 3 months and I am still wating for the reund. Will I ever get it back from BSNL?
