Suddenly swiched off my lava b5 mobile

I gave my lava b5 mobile for service to your authorized service centre=MOBIZONE SERVICE=SITUATED at normal chowk, paltan bazar rahul takiz road in sultanpur-228001 (u.p.)dated-27 august.bcoz my mobile is suddenly swiched off .but my mobile is not meet to me till now.your employs are very irresponsible and very bad behaviour.they are not responsing me. so i have many problems without my mobile. please care with sincerely.

sir there are many days 27 august to till date but no reponse. please care of my complain immediately.
