FAILIOUR OF COMMITMENT

We have a 17 connections of Tata Phones in the name 21st Century Packaging,

Mr. Samrat (9250077016) and Mr. Ravi -9289625100.of planman consulting india. P.Ltd has explained some

planie. venture 4.5 it is a 30 connection plan 11000 min free in this plan, and tata to tata is free.

we simply accepted this plan, we add our 17 old connections included in this plan and also they give 13 new

connections under this, they are delayed to activate that, and not giving any responce, after that i talk to Mr. Amit Minhas

(9212109798), now what happen that new 13 connections bill is generated for Rs. 5972.05/- account No:905839157, and

in this account we only use one no for call. I just Spoke and send several mail to Mr. Amit and Mr Ajazul (9212105942) for

rectifying the bill, still its not rectified, and that old 17 connections is yet not migratted, that bill is comming separately.

what we can do, why your exécutive giving false promises to customer, also they say that we reced detailed bill on free

of cost, but now tata people are asking 25/- Rs. per nos for detailed bill, also they commited for 2 booster on free of cost,

that is also a false promise,

waiting for your strict action against this fraud executives, other wise please cancell our connection,
