From the first month of buying this phone problem started. and even nokia customer care are not responsing to the problem. i want my money back

Front camera opens automatically.

zoom keys are not working.

hanging problem.

charger point of phone is not working.

we submitted the charger on 11th nov and phone on 25th nov.

nokia care promised to return the charger on 30th nov, and mobile on 15th nov.

but i haven't received anything till now.
