Unwanted Value added service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a call from loop service centre asking for a activation of LM - IndLaw.

I rejected the call but then too they activated this useless service on my cell.

I call back them asking for the de- activation of the above said service, they said

it is one time service so will get automatically de activated in the next month.

All went in vain the service is still active and i have no rescue but for debit in my account every month for Rs.15/-.

Kindly help someone so that i can de- activate this service.
