Horrible Srvice

The Loop mobile service is the worst in the history of mobile services. Im holding a postpaid card of loop under a certain campus scheme. However the bill amount of my first month of usage hasnt considered my plan and had randomly charged me. On repeated requests to them to send me the correct bill i still havent received the same. Further they the nerve to disconnect my service coz of non payment of bill. How am i supposed to pay when they havent sent me correct bill??!!!??? Loop mobile sucks big time
