Amout Deduct by loop without permission

Myself Ratnakar Surwade from Mumabi

I used a loop service Mobile no :-9773981217

I requested to loop Care center for DND service

and according to loop sevice massage on 28.02.2011 at 15.54 hrs

"loop will deactive my all unneccessary service w.e.f. 14.04.11

but till date there no any action taken by Comapany for deactive my all unnecessary services. and company regulary deduct my main balance account.

when i try to contact customer care there then they put me on waiting for a long period. I am so harased from LOop Service please help me and solve my problem as early as posibe.
