Alance deduction without information

I Vinayak Balkrishna Varghade loop mobile no-9821526007 had done recharge several time on mention date below. On 7jan I had done recharge of Rs111 on 23jan I had done recharge of Rs77 and on 27 jan I had done recharge of Rs 30 but all my balance was deducted without informing me. I had discuss this matter in the loop gallery there I was told that my balance was deducted for the caller tune Re1 per day. If we calculate Re1 and my recharge than my

balance should not be deducted so much. I am not getting proper response from loop gallery as well as from customer

service so please do the needful and stop deduction of balance.
