I had subscribed for Loop Mobile No 9870010080 as a post paid customer and was assured that i can migrate to prepaid after 2 billing cycles. I cleared all my dues and after 2 billing cycles and applied to migrate to prepaid. I went to Loop Mobile Gallery at Fort Mumbai. I was given the form and told to submit certain documents. The next day I filled up the form and took the required documents. Then they ask for the original passport and the original PAN card for verification. The very next day I provided them with the same and was told that my No. will be converted to prepaid in a few hours. My no. was converted to prepaid by the evening and I went and refilled it. As soon as the cheque of my second bill as a post paid customer was cleared from my bank my out going call where bared. I have visited the gallery 3 times after that, every time they assure me that my outgoing will started within 2 hours. It has been 3 days now and my line is still not started. They Loop mobile assist people say that my documents have been rejected as there was no dealers stamp on it. I had taken the form from Loop Mobile Gallery Fort It is their duty to Affix their stamp, and if my application is rejected then why am I a prepaid customer now? The application was to migrate to prepaid and if that is rejected then I should continue as a post paid customer. I am fed up of visiting their gallery hence this complian. Can you Do something about it?
