Money is cutting

When i recharge my balance its automatically the all my balance is finished i have call the customer care service and complaint number: Munawar 17107295 & Sagar 1810120887, Santosh 1910111213, Sagar 2010117359. i have call but i had not get any response of them first 10 Rs is cutting per day then five days 5 Rs is cutting. plz solve my problem my mobile number : 9870922710 after solving that problem plz sms on my mobile
