Denied to change the service

Hi

Sir, myself Vijendra Dhage using Loop Number 9870583828, and I want to change service from Loop to Videocon, I go to videocon Gallery at Naupada and Submit necessary document and fill CAF form.

but on 26/Jan i got SMS from Vidocon that "your porting request has been rejected by your current operator because of 1 so i call for detail then the Loop Mobile Executive on call me says "you unable to Change Service coz you are Life time Customer".

Is That true, if not then Suggest what should I Do?

Becouse I wanted to change the service From Loop to Videocon
