MNP Rejection with Wrong reason

Hi,

I am having 2 numbers {987045031 & 9870246459} with Loop Mobile which are under Corporate plans and Bills are being paid by me on time from last 2 years.

When I put request for MNP from Loop to Vodafone, My request was rejected stating Porting Code is wrong and while checking with Loop Customer Service desk, it was told that They wont allow direct MNP from Corporate Plans.

Also After I had put request for transferring plan from Corporate to Individual plan, Loop Mobile team is saying this plan can not be availed by me which is available on their site that to with no reason.
