Subject: Very very poor network coverage.

Dear sir/madam,

I am having loop mobile number 9773608358, prepaid service provider user since last 3 yrs, more 5 to 6 connction are there we all are not getting proper n/w. However since few month we are facing a severe network coverage problem in my area Khotwadi, Besant road, santacruz (w). I also lunch a complain on helpline help line no. but still no action has been taken, the complain no-1802103738. The signal strength is very weak, almost every call gets dropped and voice clarity is very poor.

We have called and sent numerous mails to your helpdesk with no fruitful results. It has been over one month and this problem of network is affecting my professional life.

So, I kindly request you to investigate and take immediate action.
