my name is subhash singh.from last 6 years i am using loop mobile but still i am facing the same problem automatic service activated like caller tune, miss call alert, etc and i already given so many complain regarding this service but yet now i didn't get any solution from your site... whenevr i called in customer care i get the responce form your site now server is down plz call after some time therefor i want to go other network (MNP) in this month rs.80 deducted from my account plz refund my amount and call me between 3.00pm to 7.00pm... PLZ HELP ME ASAP...
