Refund for my Deducted money

I Has Use Loop Mobile service, On 23rd Nov. 2011. In my Mobile A/c 15 RS, is deducted. After that on 23rd Nov. I had called to Loop customer care service to MR. SAGAR MAYEKAR. He told me sir, Your complaint is register and u have getting resolution in next 24HRS. but still on don't get any resolution their side. so i was call to Loop customer care services and spoke with MR. Vishal B, MR. Shanavaz and Miss. Swati, but still I didn't get any ressolution and now they said me. Sir we cant Help u ragarding this, B, coz still on your complaint is not register.
