Bill amount collected twice from me

Dear Sir, My loop mobile number is 9870367025. I had gone to your loop mobile service center at Parel (Bhoiwada) for pay my outstanding bill amount. That time i gave him my debit card & he swapped my card but unfortunately their machine was showing processing... he told me our machine is not working properly if you have cash then you can give us. I gave him Rs. 1000/- & my bill amount is 837/-. He gave me balance money with receipt.

Today i saw my bank statement. It is showing that already deducted 837/- on same day 17/03.

They (Loop Mobile) have collected same amount twice from me.
