Recently i purchased LOOP SIM it activated after 15 days (even i submitted document on the time purchasing SIM card)... and after that in next week it's disconnected..when i called on customer care i got answer like..u r documents are rejected.but why??? even i submitted., correct document i.e driving license., photo id prof... it's get rejected., also activation is done after 15 days... is it accepted from any customer to activate his SIM card after 15 days..in toady's competitive market...??? what kind of service u r providing to customers...???
