Balance is Deducted illegaly

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this complaint against loop mobile service due to illegal balance deduction. This deduction happened on Saturday 07/07 between 10:00am to 12:pm on the number 8082483979.I had approximately 47 rupees in my mobile and when i tried to call it said that i had insufficient balance for this call and when i checked my balance it was 0.06 paise. When i called the customer care it gave my silly reasons that i had surfed internet and the fact is that since one week loop packet data in my area is not working due to network issue and i had also complained about this in the customer care and its complaint number is DOC-C-060780967.So obviously if the packet data is not working how can i use the internet on my mobile, therefore the reason given by the customer care executive (Hemant. S) was absolutely silly and was a lie. This is the first time in having this problem with loop and i think the balance deduction of rs.46 was fraud. I also went to the gallery and they said that their system is down and they cannot give any information about this deduction. This is very annoying as the company is harrasing the customer simply. Please help regarding the same and i hope to get your response asap. Thanks and regards.
