NON SHIFTING OF PHONE

Sir,

I applied for shifting of my phone no 2450877 (Udaipur, Rajasthan) on 12th Feb, no written communiction received so far.

However, after reaching local BSNL official we were informed that due to non availabilty of lines, the phone line can not be shifted. My new address is fast up coming area with many multistory buildings and banglows and is hardly a kilometer from the exchange concerned.

This connection is about 20 years old and today as other companies are running after giving new conncections the State run BSNL is hardly bothered to retain loyal customers.
