Lack of responsibility with no service

This is to bring to your notice that Rishra Telephone Exchange (BSNL) is not working efficiently.

I have a problem in my landline. I had complained about it a month ago and they still did not come.

I visited the office now and then nearly ten times but they are constantly making excuses that you did not lodge the complain, its raining outside and all those stuff things. They are havig there own pleasure time. WE ARE FACING LOTS OF DIFFICULTIES>

SINCE ONE MONTH MY TELEPHONE IS NOT WORKING AND I WONT PAY THIS BILL. Its not my responsibilty.
