Theft of electricity

Electricity connection was disconnected in a house in my colony, but the residents are continuously using electricity by connecting a wire directly from the pole supply lines which is very dangerous act apart from the unauthorized pilferage. the MPSEB knows this but is afraid of taking any action. any untoward accident can happen and there may be loss of life too as the pole supply wires are about 10-12 feet from the pilfering house.
