Unwanted services

Dear Sir

I have a MTS mobile service and my mobile no.in 9153731761. The mobile company has activated unwanted services in my number without my any concern and they deducted my balance. I compalint to customer care for this but they did not response me. So please, kindly help me for the same. I hope you will solve my problem.
