Outgoing barred

I am using MTS number (8459398738) and after 3 days my outgoing calling is barred I tried to reach the customer care and place query online on 14-May and mention my email id but didnt get any answer from company side, I have also visited the shopkeeper from which I have bought the number, he asked for the another address proof document I have submitted the same (First time DL and second time Passport) on 14-May, Still my outgoing calling is barred.

Dont know when this issue get resolved.
