Outgoing call barred and wrong balance deduction

I have one MTS mobile no-9143830370, from 29/06 9:30 PM my outgoing call is totally barred after that i have get in touch with MTS customer care, complain department and also nodal officer for atleast 20 to 25 times within 3 days but the issue is not resolved.
