Harassment by Loop Mobile employyes & agents

My Loop Mobile Sim Card No.8082116445 purchased through Fashion Shop, Daginwala Mansion, Mahim (West), Mumbai 400016 (Maharastra), the companyagent, on 14 th Feb.2010 after activation at 03:26:05 hrs.on the same day, was callously suspended by the said Company on 19 th Feb.2010 or prior to that withoutgiving any reason. Their contact telephone nos, were also not given on the jacket of the Sim Card. Hence, when I contacted Loop Mobile Gallery at 02:10:30 on 20 th Feb.2010 at Mahim (w}, Mumbai 400016, the attending lady staff said that my photograph on the xerox application submitted by me through the said Company Agent was not clear & hence suspended. When I showed her my originals She prepared fresh Docket No. DOC-SR43074 & told that the Mobile Service will be restored after 2 hrs on the same day, but till close of the day it is not reactivated. Tomorrow i.e.21 st FEB.2010 being Sunday the said Mobile Company will remain closed.

Now my problem is why I SHOULD SUFFER THE CALLOUS SUSPENSION OF MY MOBILE SERVICE FOR 4-5 DAYS BY THE UNRULY &

CHAOTIC EMPLOYEES & THEIR AGENTS? DO THEY SUSPECT ALL CUSTOMERS AS ANT-NATIONAL ELEMENTS?
