Activation of Value Added Services without permission

I have a airtel number 9958845495 on which some value added service of chat has been activated for the past few days.

A balance of INR 1 is deducted everyday for the service. I have given multiple complaints to the customer care to which they have a reply that I ned to deactivate it by dialing 12116. However, this number says that the information about value added services on my number is not possible to obtain.

Please let me know who is going to be responsible for the balance deductions and the loss of money I am suffering.
