Poor support from UNIVERCELL madurai branch (North veli street)

I purchased Nokia 7210 model on 6th month of I start facing the problem in that mobile with in 15 days and i gave it for servicing in the UNIVERCELL MADURAI.They took 2 month for servicing and they replaced with the new mobile (In this 2 month, nearly 10 to 15 times i came to shop. In this more time and money waste for me).

Even in that mobile am facing the same problem. I ask the problem with the same branch but i dint get the proper response and support from UNIVERCELL. They told we cant service the mobile and i left the mobile in the shop itself.

NOKIA IS WORST & I DON’T KNOW LEAST WORD THAN THIS.

Kindly asking you to involve in this matter and kindly arrange to change the mobile and give it to me as soon.
