Attery backup

Sir,

I had Bought My Nokia N8 on 23.11.2010.Since the day itself, There was showing Battery problem in my Phone. Am not getting Even 7 hours of Battery backup. And Even it is slow in functioning, sometimes it hangups. I had given my phone in nokia customer care on 29.11.2010.They upgraded the software. But agian it is showing the same problem. I am not enough happy with the services of nokia. I want to replace my phone, as i had spent alot for this nokia N8, Without any reason.
