Illigle Ballance deduction

Sir!

I am Sandeep Kumar Tiwari. I am Student. Sir I use AIRCELL Simcart yesterday (03/07)

Rs.60 deduted from my balance while I didn't apply any AIRCELL service and Now when I am

called customer care for help they are told balance haven't return.and Now they blocke my mobile

for customer care means this time I unable to call AIRCELL customer care because I am student

I have no other option other than you.there is no matter of Rs. 60, matter is how much corruption is there.

Please help me sir. I hieghly obliged to you.
