Aircel Offering Free Caller Tune and charging without any permission

My no is 9804301839 recently Aircel has taken a charge for caller tune. But I was not aware that there was caller tune in my mobile. Their customer care is saying that they have given it free of cost. But they have deducted the charge. How they can start a service in my mobile without any permission. They are not refunding the charge.
