Deduction of money from our Pre-Paid Account without consumer's permission

This is a strong complaint on Airtel wherein they have deducted our pre-paid balance of Rs.20 without our persmission. When we had called the customer care on 04.07.11 to understand the problem, they had mentioned that we have activated certain services in Radio mirchi & Ramayana for which the money has been deducted. But post our confirmation and affirmation that we have NOT activated any service, they had accepted their fault and promised to rectify the issue by registering our number in Do Not Disturb and re-imburse the money within 48 hours. The complaint request number given for the same is CMIWC30705112873.

But it has been 08.07.11and the money hasn't been re-imbursed. On calling their customer care again, they still arent ready to confirm on the balance re-imbursement and say we will have to wait for another 2 days... This is highly ridiculous and we are pained with AIRTEL's attitude...

Please help us to get our money re-imbursed and send a severe notice to AIRTEL.
