I am from Aligarh, UP (west) with connection number 9897149524. I have made many complaints about GPRS connection speed to your customer care, but it seems like no one care for customers. I am using Mobile Office Rs 98 plan, while many of my friends enjoy a good experience I am unable to get more than 4 or 5 kBps, which is not enough for browsing. I use it on my laptop and on my cell phone.

Please kindly look after my complaint.
