Alance related issue for 9415835271

My bsnl number (9415835271) ported in airtel dated 10-3-11.after porting in airtel they (customer care) said that you got 30 local airtel minute and full talk time of recharge 105 and 65 rupee.but till now i haven't got 30 airtel minute.

On dated 12 march i recharge my number by 105 rupee, but i got only 93.19 rupee.till now i haven't got extra balance.

On dated 11 march from my a/c 25 rupee deducted for hello tune.this service is not activated by me.it's totaly illegal deduction.refund 25 rupee in my a/c.

Please solve my all issue.
