Refund for excess payment

My mobile number is 9790921372. I converted my postpaid connection to prepaid connection last month in Airtel Center in Adyar. I had to pay the outstanding amount when the call and sms discounts were not included. I paid the full amount. They told me i would receive the balance amount (around Rs. 3311) after discounts is calculated through DD within 45 days.

But still I did not receive any DD or calls from them regarding this. I am totally dissatisfied with this and I dont know whether I would be getting my refund.
